i came home to a yummy dinner after eleven hours at work then another two hours at practice. (yes, i love starch!)

frittata
it’s been getting busier each week and we’re running low on energy. in an effort to eat on a more regular schedule we’ve been trying to plan our meals and cook more often. tonight i made frittata in a cupcake tin… i love the individual portion sizes. the original recipe calls for things i didn’t have on hand so we improvised. and of course, my version had to include potatoes!

tomorow will be my fourth year playing at solano stroll. hopefully we wont get rained out!
