we had a rough night last night. emi was so upset and screaming at all hours. she finally took a few hours nap and i found her so happy this morning.

james is giving me the day off tomorrow as an early birthday present. i am trying not to worry about it too much, but he rarely spends long hours alone with emi. i know they’ll have lots of fun. i hope i can relax enough to enjoy my time!
